I'm having difficulty watching the demonstration videos on Windows. What can I do?
Open Quicktime. Go to Edit/ Preferences/ Quicktime Preferences/ Advanced.... There, turn off all the check boxes under DirectX. If this does not help, you may need to update your Quicktime Player, which may be downloaded free from: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
Will your plugins be compatible with future
versions of formZ?
Yes. To quote formZ technical support, "Plug-ins
and scripts are forwardly compatible. A plug-in that works in a
current version of formZ will work in any future formZ version." (reference)
I lit my scene using Lighting Collection. Can formZ users without
Lighting Collection use my file?
Yes. formZ files produced with the help of Lighting Collection
are 100% compatible with formZ installations that do not have Lighting
Collection. Lighting Collection does not change how your files are
saved.
I have Lighting Collection, but my client doesn't.
Will they be able to render my saved scene exactly as I did?
Yes. Lighting Collection does not alter the way lights are
saved by formZ.
I have a suggestion for a new plugin, or a request
for a new feature in an existing plugin. Who should I write to?
